What is inMem?
inMem is an online tribute space where you, your family and friends can share photos, stories and memories about a loved one and donate to support The Salvation Army.

Why create a tribute page?
A tribute page is a wonderful way to remember a loved one, to celebrate their life. The funds raised will be used by The Salvation Army to provide friendship, practical support and services to all who need them across the UK. 

How do I get started?
It’s simple to create your own tribute page. Simply click create a fund and follow the step-by-step process.

Can I update my page once it has been set up? 
Yes, you can make changes to your page. You will need to log in to the admin area which will allow you to make any updates necessary.

Do I have to pay? 
Setting up a tribute is quick, free and easy to set up. You aren’t required to make a donation to set up the fund but if you would like to make a donation it would be gratefully received.

Do I need to set a tribute page target?
It’s entirely up to you. Setting a target is completely optional.

Can I add Gift Aid to my donation?
Yes. If your gift is eligible, simply tick the Gift Aid box when you make your donation.

How do I invite others to view or contribute towards the fund? 
Your tribute page includes links to share on Facebook, Twitter, and email at the click of a button. Alternatively, you can visit your fund page and copy the URL to share with your family and friends. 

Can I add offline donations?
If you have sent donations to The Salvation Army separately, or have fundraised for an event on a different platform, you may like to add these amounts to your tribute page so that you can see everything in one place. Contact us if you'd like any help with this.

How can I promote my page/event?
You can use the social sharing buttons on your tribute page to share with friends and family. Alternatively, you can visit your fund page and copy the URL to share with your family and friends. 

How do I set up an in memory event? 
If you go through to the fund page and scroll down the page, there will be an option on the right-hand side under events in memory to create an event.
